Pecos Vista Apartments is a new for-rent, multi-family development on a 12.64 acre site located on the Northeast corner of Cherry Lane and Calaway drive located in the city of Carlsbad, Eddy County New Mexico.   The   204 unit project is comprised of One  bedroom - One  bath, Two bedroom - One   bath, Two bedroom - Two bath, and Three bedroom - Two bath located in several building types. The buildings are configured as four-plex, eight-plex and sixteen-plex units.   

These buildings are proposed for two and three story wood frame construction.    There are (6) building types; (4) living buildings, ( 1 ) garage and (1 ) clubhouse building.
