There are 8 buildings that are four Plex, 2 buildings that are 6 Plex and another building that is a 6 Plex that are identified as Handicap units. There are (42) one bedroom / 1 bath, (2) two bedroom / 1 bath, and (6) one bedroom / 1 bath handicap units, plus the Laundry / Maintenance / Office. This project will be renovated in an occupied or semi-occupied state. Site renovations included making sidewalks accessible with curbs, adding a fenced dog park, and creating a community garden with raised flower beds. Interior renovations focused on reducing energy and water consumption by replacing old appliances with energy star rated ones and low flow plumbing fixtures.
